3D Game Studio by Conitec

I own a copy of 3d game studio that I purchased and have used quite a bit. I really like the program. It is very similar to Reality Factory and FPS Creator but much more powerful. It is an game design suite that you have to purchase but I consider it worth the price. It has quite a bit more power than the others and it gives you a lot more flexibility in creativity. This software has been used to make some really nice professional games. Customer service is great and the company has been around for quite a while. You also get quite a few extras with the application and you have the option to buy some really nice additional themed model sets which really comes in handy if you have a particular theme in mind for your games.
