Explore the Gaming industry by checking out job postingsI have been keeping track of a video game design company called "38 Studios "This is the company owned by Kurt Schilling the ex pitcher of the Boston Red Sox. I have been following the company for a few different reasons including the fact that I am a Red Sox fan, a Schilling fan, and a big fan of Video games in the RPG or fantasy genre. Well, that is the genre that Kurt's company is working in. The Name of the Game they are working on is called Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and you can check out their website here And this game is part of a world called Amalur which will also be the setting (in a different time period) of another project they are working on currently code named Copernicus which is an MMO. - Nice! So, the company is growing and has two big projects including an RPG and an online game. Well, being a growing company with an exciting project in the gaming community they are of course hiring! And you can look through these job listings to get a sense for what kind of jobs game companies are looking for. You can check them out on the 38 studios website here. Now, it's great to look at these job listings but don't be applying for these jobs if you are not truly qualified! Seriously. They are a busy group of folks! Let's let them get the games out for us!
