Making a video game is the ultimate in creativity. You can make complete games or you can focus on specific areas of game making like level design, story telling, quest creation, graphic design or character model making. The Most important thing about making your own video game

There are two things you will need to think about when pursuing the making of video games. You need to have persistence and you need to be creative. The freely available software takes out a lot of the programming stuff from video game making but there is still a lot of things to learn and a lot of work to do.
